Education, Training & Professional Development
Arabhi Panchacharam
Founder and Principal Consultant of Little Blue Nook
At Little Blue Nook Guidance, I believe meaningful support is strengthened by education, lived experience, and a willingness to continually learn from others.
My academic background in psychology and healthcare management, together with specialized training in adoption, foster care, grief, and trauma, helps inform the guidance and peer support I offer to adoptees, families, and professionals.
I also value opportunities to learn directly from adoptees, families, researchers, clinicians, and others whose experiences and perspectives deepen our understanding of the lifelong adoption journey.

Learning Beyond the Classroom
I believe that some of the most valuable learning happens through conversation, listening, and sharing perspectives. Each person's story offers an opportunity to broaden understanding, challenge assumptions, and approach others with greater compassion and humility.
I remain committed to continued education, professional collaboration, and learning from the diverse experiences of adoptees, families, and the professionals who support them.
